Pumpkin Pie Blondies

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup white sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground cloves
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- ¼ tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
- 1 can pumpkin pie puree 15-ounce can
- 3 ½ tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375º fahrenheit. Lightly grease a 9-inch square baking pan.
- Sift all dry ingredients – flour, white sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, nutmeg, and salt together in a bowl.
- Add all wet ingredients and stir until batter forms. Pour finished batter into greased baking pan.
- Bake approximately 20 minutes, until a toothpick in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from oven, allow to cool completely, and then slice into squares.
