Pumpkin Pie Blondies

Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 can pumpkin pie puree 15-ounce can
  • 3 ½ tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375º fahrenheit. Lightly grease a 9-inch square baking pan.
  • Sift all dry ingredients - flour, white sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, nutmeg, and salt together in a bowl.
  • Add all wet ingredients and stir until batter forms. Pour finished batter into greased baking pan.
  • Bake approximately 20 minutes, until a toothpick in the center comes out clean.
  • Remove from oven, allow to cool completely, and then slice into squares.
